Poverty will not be allowed to hinder anyone's education in the University of Swabi (Prof. Dr. Mukhtar Alam, Vice Chancellor, University of Swabi)

The Vice Chancellor University of Swabi, Prof. Dr. Mukhtar Alam approved scholarships worth Rs. 6.3 million for the needy and talented students of the University. More than 482 students will benefit from the scholarships granted under the merit, need based and hardship schemes. Chequesfor scholarships were distributed among the students on Friday 26, 2017. In addition to the above scholarships, 150 students have also been nominated for HEC need based scholarships, MoRA scholarships, DIYA scholarships and to other agencies providing scholarships. Dr. Mukhtar Alam expressed the resolve that lack of financial resources will not be allowed to become an obstacle in the academic career of any student of University of Swabi.
