Commencement of Vocational Training Programme under NAVTTC in Department of Agriculture

The vocational training program under NAVTTC has commenced w.e.f January 5th, 2017 in Department of Agriculture. Training in the following trades is being offered currently.

Fruit Processing, Preservation, Packaging & Logistics

1. Trainer-1: Mr. Ziaur Rahman
2. Trainer-2: Mr. Rukhsar Ali 

Tunnel Farming

1. Trainer-1: Dr. Ibadullah Jan
2. Trainer-2: Mr. Junaid Khan
3. Trainer-3: Dr. Inayat Ur Rehman 

The program is being led by Dr. Hidayat Ullah, Chairman Department of Agriculture and coordinated by Mr. Muhammad Adnan, Lecturer Department of Agriculture. Trainees will learn basic skills in the relevant trades which will enhance their chances of employment /self employment.

The program is being conducted as a collaborative effort between Department of Agriculture and NAVTTC.
