Important: Application forms must be accompanied with attested: recent passport size Photographs (3), photocopies of the all credentials, Domicile, Copy of C.N.I.C. (personal / Parent / Guardian), Equivalent Certificate from IBCC where applicable, and Migration Certificate (to be produced at the time of admission). The candidates applying against reserve/Quota seats must attached relevant certificates showing eligibility of candidate against the reserve/Quota seat for which he/she is applying. Separate application form must be submitted for each program/discipline. Application form received by mail or after due date shall not be entertained, and the candidate will be deprived from admission. Facilities i.
