TENDER NOTICE ADV NO: (3-2)-2016 CORRIGENDUM/ ADDENDUM

Reference to advertisement no: (3-2) 2016, the following corrections / addition may be noted:

1. Specialization code for contractor/ Firm/ Companies may be read as CE-01, CE-09 in addition to CE-10 for the Package-1 & 2, while EE-04, EE05 & EE-06 for Package-3.
2. Condition No. 4 may be replaced and read as “Bidding shall be done on % above/below/At Par on BOQ cost”
3. Condition No.6 may be replaced as below: 

“The bidders who quote more than 10% below on the BOQ cost is required to submit 8% additional Earnest Money/Bid Security with Financial Bid in shape of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), otherwise his bid will be considered as non responsive and the 2^nd lowest bidder and so on will be considered accordingly”

Other terms and conditions will remain same.
