1. The Tender Documents containing detailed specifications of the equipment, terms & condition and Tender Form can be obtained from the office of the Director P&D, University of Swabi during office hours on any working day by depositing Rs.500/- (non- refundable) in form of Bank Draft in Account No. 0323-204588555 UBL Main Branch Swabi in favor of Treasurer, University of Swabi. Original receipt of Bank Draft must be attached with Tender Form.

Sealed bids, on prescribed tender forms, are invited from reputed firms/suppliers duly registered with Sales and Income Tax Departments on the basis of single stage two envelopes for purchase of ICT equipment and other items under the HEC funded project, “Provision of Basic Academic and Allied Facilities at the University of Swabi”.Technical and financial bids should be submitted in separate envelopes.

5. Bids must be in sealed envelopes with written on top “Quotation for purchase of IT Equipment and other items”. Earnest Money of the tender will be 2% in the form of Bank Draft in favor of Treasurer University of Swabi,
