The University of Swabi, a Public Sector University, chartered by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, seeks applications from eligible applicants for the following positions onregular basis.

Support Staff:

S#	Post	Qualification / Experience
1	Machine Operator (BS-05)	Matric in at least 2nd division with knowledge of machinery and 2 years relevant experience OR literate with knowledge of machinery and 10 years relevant experience.
2	Driver(BS- 05)	Matric in at least 2nd division with a valid HTV/LTV license and having 5 years experience of driving heavy transport OR Literate with a valid HTV/LTV license and having 10 years experience of driving heavy transport.
3	Head Cook (BS-05)	Preferably literate with at least 5 years experience of working in reputable hotels.  Educated persons will be given preference
4	Book Binder (BS-05)	Matric in at least 2nd division with 2 years experience in the binding work OR literate with 10 years experience in the relevant field.

Terms & Conditions:

1. The candidates serving in Government, Semi Government or Autonomous Institutions should route their applications through proper channel.
2. The selected eligible candidates will be governed by Rules/Statutes of the University of Swabi.
3. Only short listed candidates will be called for Test / Interview. The University will not be held responsible for non or late receipt of Call Letters for Test / Interview. The updates will be provided on the web page www.uoswabi.edu.pk
4. The University reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of position(s) depending upon the needs of its various Sections or not to fill any position.
5. Applicants should apply only on the prescribed Form, available on the University website www.uoswabi.edu.pk/downloads.
6. A Bank Draft or online deposit to Account No. 0323-204588555, United Bank Limited, Main Branch Swabi of Rs. 500/- in favor of Treasurer, University of Swabi is required. Original receipt of Bank Draft / Online Deposit(one photocopy of the same) with attested photocopies of all DMCs, Degrees’, Certificates, Experience Certificates, CNICand two (2) recent passports size photograph must be attached with the application form.
7. Landline telephone, Mobile No, E-mail address and Postal Address must be written on the application form. Change in the mobile number/postal address must be communicated to this office.
8. Maximum age limit for the above mentioned posts is 35 years.
9. All applications must reach to the office of the undersigned through registered mail or courier service, latest by February 12, 2016. Incomplete applications / received after due date will not be entertained.
