The Terms and Conditions are as under:

  1. The bidding documents including quantity, specification and detailed terms and conditions can be obtained from office of the Undersigned on any working day during the office hours by deposit of Rs.5,00/- in A/c # 000204588555, United Bank Limited, Main Branch Swabi (Non Refundable).
  2. Sealed bids must be accompanied by bid security at 2% of Total Bidder’s Price in form of Call Deposit Reciept (CDR) in Original in the name of Treasurer, University of Swabi.
  3. Items rates and amount should be filled in figures as well as in words and should be in accordance with the general directions given in tender documents. Overwriting and cutting will not be acceptable.
  4. Those firms, which are involved in litigations in any department/organization, are not allowed to participate in tender process.
  5. The University of Swabi reserves the right to accept/reject any/all tenders/bids as per PPRA’s/ KPPRA’s rules.
  6. The successful bidder who refuse/fail to start the work after accepting Work Order shall be liable to forfeit their Earnest Money.
  7. The successful bidder at his own cost and efforts will procure all sort of related material/equipments.
  8. Telegraphic/fax/incomplete/after due date requests will not be accepted
  9. Bid in sealed envelopes much reach to office of the Undersigned by 01:30 p.M upto 22nd October 2015 through registered courier service and will be opened in the presence of the contesting firms/their authorized representatives on the same day at 02:00 P.M.
  10. All the firms/suppliers will be bound for strict compliance of all terms and conditions issued by Government/University of Swabi authorities from time to time.
  11. Bidders are required to include all the taxes in their prices/rates.
  12. The quantities of above mentioned items can be increased/decreased as per PPRA/KPPRA Rules.
  13. Bidders are required to quote their rates for each and every item. Incase no rate is filled against an item, the same will be executed/provided by the bidder at his own expense/cost.
