The University of Swabi is a Public Sector University, chartered by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The University offers the following positions on regular basis.

 Administrative Positions:

1	Procurement Officer (BPS-17)	First Class M.Com / MBA / MA Economics.
2	Assistant Director Works (Electrical) (BPS-17)	First Class Graduate in Electrical Engineering.
3	Deputy Treasurer (BPS-18)	Ph.D in Economics / Commerce / Statistics / Business Administration / Public Administration or MS / M.Phil in Economics / Commerce / Statistics / Business Administration / Public Administration or equivalent qualification with 04 years relevant experience in BPS-17 / equivalent and above, in a national or international organization. or First Class Master Degree in Economics / Commerce / Statistics / Business Administration / Public Administration with 06 years experience in the relevant field in BPS-17 / equivalent and above, in a national or international organization.

Terms & Conditions:

1. The candidates serving in Government, Semi Government or Autonomous Institutions should route their applications through proper channel.
2. The candidates having foreign degree / certificate will provide equivalency certificate from HEC / IBCC, Islamabad.
3. The selected eligible candidates will be governed by Rules / Regulations of the University of Swabi.
4. Only short listed candidates will be called for Test / Interview. University will not be held responsible for non or late receipt of Call Letters for Test / Interview.
5. The University reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of position(s) depending upon the needs of its various Sections or not to fill any position.
6. Applicants should apply only on the prescribed Form, available on the University website www.uoswabi.edu.pk/downloads.
7. A Bank Draft or online deposit to Account No. 0323-204588555, United Bank Limited, Main Branch Swabi of Rs. 1,000/- for BPS-17& Rs. 1,500/- for BPS-18in favour of Treasurer, University of Swabi is required. Original receipt of Bank Draft / Online Deposit (one photocopy of the same) with attested photocopies of all DMCs, Degrees’, Certificates, Experience Certificates, CNIC and two (2) recent passports size photograph must be attached with the application form.
8. CGPA less than 3.00/4.00 will be considered as Second division.
9. Landline telephone, Mobile No. Postal and Email address must be written on the application form. Change in mobile number must be communicated to this office on urgent basis.
10. 10.  Maximum age limit for S.No 1, 2 & 3 is 35 years.
11. All applications must reach to the office of the undersigned through registered mail or courier service, latest by August 31^st, 2015. Incomplete applications / received after due date will not be entertained.
