REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Adv No (62) 2015

The University of Swabi seeks to hire the services of reputable consultant for the following work to be executed at the University Campus.

Terms and conditions are as under:

1. The firm should produce original documents i.e Income Tax Certificate, NTN and valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category.
2. A firm will be selected for the services under Quality Cum Cost Based Selection (QCBS) Method under the procedure/criteria described in the Request For Proposal (RFP) documents.
3. The interested firms are required to submit a comprehensive Technical Proposal in English (Original + One Copy) and a Financial Proposal (Original + One Copy) in separate sealed envelopes, for the services required under the Terms of References (TOR’s) of the university, latest by June 30, 2015 till 2:00 p.m. The technical bids will be opened on the same day at 3:00 p.m
4. The selection is based on single-stage-two-envelop procedure. The financial proposals of those firms will be opened, who qualify on the basis of Technical Proposal. The financial proposals will be returned un-opened to those firms, who do not qualify technically.
5. The Procuring entity may reject all proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a proposal.
6. RFP/TOR’s can be obtained from office of the Director P & D on any working day during the office hours on written request on proper letter head along with company/firm profile and bank receipt by depositing Rs. 2,000/- in University of Swabi, UBL Swabi Branch’s Account No. 000204588555, as RFP/TOR’s document’s cost (non-refundable).
7. Sealed bids must be accompanied by 2% bid security (Earnest Money) of the Bid Cost in form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) / bank draft / pay order or bank guaranty in original from scheduled bank of Pakistan in favour of Treasurer, University of Swabi.
