NOTICE INVITING RE- TENDER

Sealed tenders are invited from eligible firms/contractors in accordance with KPPRA rules on single stage two envelopes procedure for purchase of equipment for Media cell of the University as per following works:

Bids document can be had from the office of the Director Planning and Development (P&D) University of Swabi, Anbar Swabi, by depositing  Bid document fee of  Rs 500/ in the University of Swabi account at UBL, Swabi, or in the shape of Demand Draft favoring Treasurer, University of Swabi.

Bid security/ earnest money @ 2% of the total bid value must be submitted along with the (financial bid), in the shape of call deposit receipt (CDR) favoring, Treasurer, University of Swabi.

Income tax, GST, stamp duty, professional tax, or any other government tax will be charged as per government rules.The rates approved will remain effective for six months from the date of opening of Technical bids

Notes:The technical bids must provide the following information:

1. Valid NTN& Sales Tax registration certificates from the FBR
2. Certificate to the effect that bidder is on the Active Payer’s list of the FBR
3. Technical specification/brochures of the items
4. List of similar nature of jobs along with completion certificates for the last three years
5. Yearly business turnover for the last three financial years
6. Certificate on stamp paper properly attested by the notary public to the effect that the bidder has never been blacklisted by any Government / Semi Government Organization.

(non-provision of any of the  above information will lead to rejection of the technical bid)
