Sealed bids are invited from Income Tax/sales Tax Registered, well-established/reputed firms/suppliers on the basis of single stage two envelopes for supply of Stationery Items. The willing persons may submit their sealed bids after fulfillment of the following conditions.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Pay order /Demand Draft of Rs.500/- should be submitted as tender fee (non-refundable).
  2. No tender will be accepted without call deposit/bids security of 2% of the quoted price in favour of Treasurer, University of Swabi.
  3. All prices should be inclusive of all Taxes as per Law.
  4. Sealed tenders/Bidding documents must reach to the office of the P&D by September 28, 2016 before 01:00 p.m. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 03:00 pm in presence of bidders or their nominees, who desire to be present. Financial bids of only those firms will be opened who qualify at the technical bid stage. Financial bids of all those firms who do not qualify in the technical bids stage will be returned unopened.
  5. Detail/tender documents can be obtained from the Office of Director P&D, University of Swabi during office hours i-e 08.00 AM to 04:00 PM.
